Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
The individual making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay.
Property-Specific Rental Agreements
Each property managed by HighPoint Grove Properties is governed by its own Rental Agreement, which is presented during the booking process.
This agreement includes details such as:
Payment terms
Cancellation policies
Occupancy limits
House rules
Fees, taxes, and security deposits
By completing your reservation, you agree to the Rental Agreement for your selected property.
Pricing, Fees & Taxes
Rates vary based on season, demand, and availability.
All applicable fees and taxes are displayed prior to confirming your reservation.
Use of Property
Our homes are intended for residential use and relaxation.
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted unless approved in writing.
Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, and all local regulations during their stay.
Guest Responsibility

Limitation of Liability
HighPoint Grove Properties is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations in cases of:

Safety or security concerns
Guest Communications (Email & SMS)
By providing your contact information and making a reservation, you consent to receive communications related to your stay via email and/or SMS (text message).
